    My grandfather and grandmother used to manage the properties with the Harlow’s. I remember as a child pulling weeds for them in the courtyard. My grandparents apartment was in the basement and if I remember correctly it was a very spacious one with 2br a dining room, and rather large living room. As a side not my grandmother was sort of a hoarder and she had quite a few storage rooms in the basement full of stuff we had to clean out when she passed in the 70’s
