Welcome to Centers and Squares

As a Cambridge real estate agent, the city squares of Cambridge, Somerville and Medford and the town centers of Arlington, Watertown and Belmont, Massachusetts are my home turf. And as a lifelong New Englander who’s lived within twenty miles of Boston most of my life, I can introduce you to other nearby towns as we search for your new home. If you’re planning to sell your home in Cambridge, MA or nearby you’ll find plenty of info about the home selling process here too. Questions? Send me an email or call me at 617-504-1737.

Luxury Cambridge Condos Near Lechmere

Luxury Cambridge Condos Near Lechmere   Several luxury condo buildings were built during the 1980s real estate boom in East Cambridge close to the Lechmere T station.  The neighborhood offers proximity to the Green Line at Lechmere, the Red Line in Kendall Square, the Charles River, and is very close to Boston.  More luxury complexes were built or converted during the more recent boom.

“Luxury” is hard to define – or at least is defined differently by different people.  For purposes of this post we’ll look at new or newer buildings in East Cambridge near Lechmere that have more amenities than many other Cambridge condos.

Today, Cambridge real estate buyers seeking concierge service, garage parking, modern finishes, and other amenities have a half dozen buildings to choose from within several blocks of the Lechemere station.
