Closed sales data reflect the sales activity from about two months ago because in Massachusetts a real estate transaction takes on average six to eight weeks from accepted offer to closing. Here’s the closed sales info for February in Belmont:
77 residential properties were listed for sale in Belmont on February 28, 2009. The lowest priced property was listed for $295,000, the most expensive for $2,995,000. Average days on market was 175.
9 properties sold (closed) in Belmont during February with an average sales price of $619,242. Average days on market was 225.
5 Belmont single family homes sold in February. The least expensive sale was for $464,000. The highest price paid for a single family house in Belmont was $1,280,000. Average days on market was 243.
4 Belmont condos closed in February. The lowest price paid for a condo was $315,000. The most expensive condominium sold this month for $547,500. Average days on market was 204.
