Belmont MA Homes Sold in November 2009:
22 homes sold in Belmont in November. Properties had been on the market an average of 83 days and sold for an average of 97% of the asking price.
12 single family homes sold in November for prices from $455,000 to $1,495,000. The median sales price was $674,000. Houses were on the market an average of 60 days and sold for an average of 96% of list price.
7 Belmont condos sold in November 2009 for prices ranging from $205,000 to $620,000. The median price was $353,000. Condominiums sold for an average of 98% of asking price.
3 multi-family homes sold last month for $350,000, $550,000 and $698,000.
