98 homes were listed for sale in Belmont on Oct. 31, 2009 priced between $179,900 and $2,275,000. Average days on market was 135.
Belmont MA Home Sales in October 2009:
21 homes sold in Belmont in October. Properties had been on the market an average of 112 days and sold for an average of 97% of the list price.
14 single family homes sold in October priced between $385,000 to $935,000. The median sales price was $606,000. Houses were on the market an average of 65 days and sold for an average of 97% of list price.
5 Belmont condos sold in October 2009 for prices ranging from $305,000 to $1,305,375. The median price paid was $410,000. Condominiums sold for an average of 97% of asking price.
2 multi-family houses sold last month for $669,000 and $830,000.
Total value of Belmont MA real estate sold in October was $13,776,283.
