Here’s our monthly look back at Arlington MA real estate activity with February 2010’s numbers. Single family houses in Arlington continue to sell briskly with many receiving multiple offers the first weekend on the market.

99 homes were listed for sale in Arlington MA on February 28, 2010 priced from $139,000 to $1,349,000. Average days on market for these homes was 98.

23 homes sold in Arlington in February. The median price paid was $435,000. Homes sold on average for 98% of the asking price.
13 single families sold in February for sales prices between $375,000 and $839,000. The median price paid was $490,000. Houses were on the market an average of just 38 days and sold on average for 100% of list price.
