Centers And Squares
Welcome to Centers and Squares
As a Cambridge real estate agent, the city squares of Cambridge, Somerville and Medford and the town centers of Arlington, Watertown and Belmont, Massachusetts are my home turf. And as a lifelong New Englander who’s lived within twenty miles of Boston most of my life, I can introduce you to other nearby towns as we search for your new home. If you’re planning to sell your home in Cambridge, MA or nearby you’ll find plenty of info about the home selling process here too. Questions? Send me an email or call me at 617-504-1737.
Cambridge Real Estate – Weekly New Listings – Cambridge and Somerville Condos
Every Wednesday Cambridge Coldwell Banker agents tour the new real estate listings. It’s a great opportunity for agents to see the new inventory and for sellers to have plenty of agents through their property at one time.
It was a beautiful day for a tour today – sunny and relatively warm. It felt like spring!
We saw a variety of Somerville and Cambridge condos on today’s tour. There are some wonderful condominiums coming on the market this week:
Cambridge Condominiums
A Porter Square two-bedroom condo was a standout. The renovated kitchen renovation has white Archlinea cabinets, carrera marble counters and french doors opening to the private backyard. Bright and light – dazzling really.
Another pleasant surprise was a charming two-level two-bedroom condominium in the Riverside neighborhood. Some nice architectural detail, a deck off the upper level master bedroom, and a quiet location in a four-unit building tucked back from the street made this condo very appealing.
Somerville Condominums
We saw several Somerville condos ranging in price from $365,000 to $619,000. My favorite was a four-bedroom condo on a Porter Square side street. The gas fireplace in the dining room has a beautiful vintage tile surround, there’s a laundry room off the kitchen, driveway parking, and over 1700 sq.ft. on two levels. This spacious condo was move in ready and just a hop, skip and a jump to the Red Line T.
Cambridge Co-op
Unlike New York City, Cambridge has only a handful of co-op buildings. We saw a Mass Ave co-op today and what a treat! It was a one-bedroom unit with a renovated kitchen, coming on the market for $339,000. It’s the view from the balcony that really makes this place – from the seventh floor Cambridge was spread below us. What a spot to spend a warm afternoon or evening!
