145 Watertown homes were listed for sale in the MLS  on March 31, 2010 for asking prices between $179,900 and $1,395,000.  These homes had been on the market an average of 101 days. 

Watertown Home Sales – March 2010

18 properties sold in Watertown in March 2010.  The median sales price was $371,750. Homes were on the market an average of 108 days. 
 
4 single family houses sold in March for prices from $299,500 to $540,000.  These houses had been on the market an average of 53 days.
 
9 condos sold in Watertown in March 2010 for prices between $270,000 and $400,000.  The median sales price was $340,000.  These condos sold on average for 96% of the asking price and were on the market an average of 169 days.
 
5 multi-family homes sold in March for  prices between $368,000 and $665,000.   Average days on market was 43 and multi-families sold for an average of 93% of list price.

Total value of Watertown real estate sales in March 2010 was $$7,113,000
