Time for a look back at last month’s real estate activity – here are the Cambridge homes sales in March 2010.
On the Market In Cambridge – March 31, 2010
On March 31, 2010 there were 368 homes listed for sale in Cambridge MA. Asking prices ranged from $189,900 to $6,800,000. The median asking price was $529,500. Homes had been on the market an average of 94 days.
Cambridge Mass. Real Estate Market in March 2010
57 home sales closed in Cambridge during March for sale prices between $243,500 and $1,750,000. Homes that sold had been on the market an average of 90 days.
Just 5 single families sold in March 2010 for prices ranging from $615,000 to $1,750,000. Average days on market was 88 and houses sold on average for 97% of asking price. The median sales price was $850,000.
47 condominiums sold in Cambridge in March for sales prices from $243,500 to $1,340,000. The median condo sales price was $416,000. Condos sold on average for 98% of the asking price and were on the market an average of 96 days.
5 multi-families sold last month for sales prices from $500,000 to $775,000. These properties were on the market an average of 41 days and sold for an average of 101% of asking price.
The total value of homes sold in Cambridge during March 2010 was $29,179,793.
